Aimed at addressing Texas's growing shortage of registered nurses, WGU's innovative B.S. in Nursing (Prelicensure) has gained approval from the Texas Board of Nursing. The program combines WGU Texas's online, competency-based education with rigorous clinical experience supervised by qualified nursing faculty.
